The item is sleek, small enough to not be excessive and with every control needed to run my direct tv, vizio tv, Samsung speaker bar, amazon fire stick and PlayStation 3 for blu-rays. I would have given this an easy 5 star if there weren't the consistencies in performance. I also asked to return this item to get a replacement where I was told they would be sending me a shipping label, but have yet to receive it. I have had to call tech support to get assistance which has helped it but not a fan of the inconsistent performance. I was very excited to find out that I could get rid of 5 remotes and only use this one so that has made life much easier haha, but unfortunately the remote has reset itself 2 times already. the instructions provided are not very helpful. Without calling tech support it would have taken forever to program. First off once this remote is set up it is great, most of the time.
